HELP - Altimetry: Temperature Conversion

 Problem A: (Estimated time of completion 5 seconds)
  Given: Temperature = 25oC
Find: Temperature in degrees Fahrenheit, degrees Rankine, and Kelvin.
 

 1. Place cursor in front of the number in the celsius box.
 

 2. Hold the left mouse button down and drag the mouse right so that the
      entire number in the field is highlighted and then release the mouse
      button.
 

 3. Type in the desired value while the field is highlighted. In this case
      enter 25. Notice that as soon as you start typing all the other values
      change as you type.
 

 4. Read the results. 25 oC is equal to:
     77
oF; 536.67 oR; and 298.15 K.
     All this took about 5 seconds!
 

 


 Problem B: (Estimated time of completion 3 seconds)
  Given: Temperature = 0 oF
Find: Temperature in degrees Celsius, degrees Rankine, and Kelvin.
 


 1. At this point I will assume that you know how to highlight the box.
     If not please refer to the previous problem.
     Highlight the value in the Fahrenheit box.
 
 2. Type in 0 and read the results. 0 oC is equal to:
     -17.78 degrees Celsius; 459.67 degrees Rankine; and 255.37 Kelvin
 


 Problem C: (Estimated time of completion 5 seconds)
  Given: Temperature = 90 oF
Find: Temperature in degrees Celsius, degrees Rankine, and Kelvin.


 1. At this point I will assume that you know how to highlight the box.
     If not please refer to problem A.
     Highlight the value in the Fahrenheit box.
 
 2. Type in 90 and read the results. 90 oF is equal to:
     32.22
oC; 549.67 oR; and 305.37 K
 

Note that you can enter a value in any box and the results of the conversion will appear in the remaining box.
